Australia having been hogging Thankyou and their awesome products for long enough and it was time for Kiwi’s to get a chance to buy them. So Thankyou hired me to work with the team to launch into New Zealand, a market who hadn’t even heard of Thankyou. My journey started with this campaign and I got to work with them to expand their audience for personal care, schools and their babycare range.

Thankyou launched in New Zealand in 2018 with a grassroots campaign called 'Tell Two'. A market which they had zero recognition. In Australia Thankyou is most recognised from it’s water. But what if they didn’t launch with it’s most famous product. What if Thankyou didn’t launch into New Zealand at all?
What if New Zealand launched Thankyou?
So we passed the baton and empowered Kiwi’s to do what they do best; channel their inner Taki Waikik and Edmund Hillary and get creative.
We took that metaphor literally and created a baton which was passed onto 300 Kiwi’s (that’s less than 1% of the population) and asked them to write their own Thankyou story for New Zealand. We asked them and the people of New Zealand to Choose Thankyou, Take Action and Tell Two.
It was so great the product over to New Zealand and seeing how they could help change the lives of people who don’t have access to clean water. It’s safe to say, two years on and successful as ever, Kiwi’s rattled their dags and did a choice job getting Thankyou into the stores and bathrooms all around New Zealand.
